All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT.

There are no fees when using credit cards. The price stated upon ordering is your current price.

Payments

The following ways of payment can be used:

Faded Flowers will not withdraw payments from the your card before the ordered goods are sent from our warehouse.

Denmark: 50 DKK (2-3 days delivery)
EU: 150 DKK (5-7 days delivery)
Outside EU: Please contact us.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the product. Please contact us stating the requested info.

In case of a return, please contact info@faded-flowers.dk for further info. Pls. note, that the product has to be returned to us in the same condition and in the original packaging – just as you received it. We will reimburse your payment, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send the goods or hand them over to us within 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

24 month warranty

You have a 24-month warranty when you shop at www.faded-flowers.dk, which means that you can get replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation around the individual product.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour.
In all other aspects the Danish Sale of Goods Act about lack rules apply to purchases.

Complaints about defects of the product must take place within two months after the defect is discovered, we will refund reasonable freight costs if the complaint is justified. The product must be sent to:

When returning a product please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

I have received a faulty product – what do I do?

We quality checks all products before shipment. However, should there, unfortunately, be any fault in the products, please contact us. We apply the EU Purchase Treaty where you have 2 year right to return faulty products.
